Free range, grass fed beef brisket from Australia's South East, trimmed to perfection by our highly skilled butchers.

Beef brisket is an ideal cut for slow cooking, smoking or pulled beef - if you're into American BBQ this is the cut for you! This product will come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 14 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Bake for 3-8 hours on 120C.

Ingredients

Our beef has no added hormones or non-therapeutic antibiotics and comes from healthy, happy, well looked-after animals.

Delivery

We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.

    Disappointing Cut

    Being a regular shopper at Cannings I’m usually very impressed by their cuts, but on this occasion, I was very disappointed. There was no side with a fat cap. And the cup was covered in silver skin, which took hours to remove. Not what I’d expect from a brisket this expensive.
