Free range, grass fed and finished beef cheeks from Australia's South East. The ultimate in slow food! Slow braise for rich, gelatinous soups and casseroles. Braise in a stock until melt-in-mouth tender. Around about four hours.
They will come in packs of 3 or 4 weighing a minimum of minimum 1.1kg. Coming into vacuumed sealed with approximately 4 to 5 days shelf life when fresh. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions is antibiotic and growth hormone free.
