Pork Shoulder (Bone-In)
Our pork is certified free range by APIQ - which is the 'gold standard' in free range pork certification. They are farmed with love and respect in the South Western plains of Victoria and the Darling Downs, Queensland. Pork shoulder is an amazing, flavoursome cut of pork perfect for slow roasting or American BBQ dishes. Your pork shoulder will come to you vacuum sealed with an approximate shelf life of 1 - 2 weeks.
Slow cooker or baking dish, one quarter submerged in stock, lid on, cook for 5+ hours on low (140C). Test the meat after five hours to see if it’s falling off the bone. If so, EAT IT!
