Preferably cook low and slow in a stock or sauce of some kind, for a minimum of 90 mins and up to 3 hours. Comes to you weighing a minimum of 600g per pack with approximately 5 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.

Ingredients

Our beef is added hormone and non-therapeutic antibiotic free and comes from healthy, happy and well looked-after animals.

Delivery

We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.

    Unexpectedly good

    Last time I bought Oyster Blade from the supermarket it was bad, this however has renewed my love of this cut
