Free range, grass fed smoked beef brisket, locally handmade by artisan smallgoods producers Uncle's Smallgoods.

Enjoy cold or heat by placing sealed pack into boiling water until the meat is thoroughly heated (about 20 min). Remove and rest for 5 mins. Open pack and slice against the grain.

Delivery

We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.

    Hi Tayla. That's so strange. We never freeze these! I will ensure you are refunded for this piece. If you liked this brisket, please purchase again in confidence that they will never arrive to you frozen again. Please be mindful that being a fully cooked product, they are very hard to the touch until reheated, when they soften right up again.
