We’ve got 2 great new meals to try, just in time for winter. A delectable Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff and a delicious South-Indian style Potato and Lentil Madras Curry – which is light and creamy with a little bit of spice.
The Stroganoff is the traditional Russian recipe as adapted by French cuisine. It uses a mix of sour and regular cream to balance the richness of the sauce and to compliment the sweetness of the onion and the woody, earthy flavour of the mushrooms. And, of course, it’s made with the finest grass-fed beef from Cape Grim. Depending on how you like it, you can serve it with Tagliatelle or on a bed of rice.
Our second new addition is also our third Vegetarian meal! A Madras style Potato and Lentil Curry fashioned after the curry making traditions of the South-East India. It’s hearty and creamy, thanks to its coconut cream base and has some warmth to it from turmeric and hints of chili. It’s spiced with mustard seed and Bay and has already become a new favourite. This curry is best served with cucumber raita, basmati, and fresh naan.
