Salmon Patties

Tastiest Salmon Patties going around! Sustainably sourced New Zealand, Ora King Salmon, with mashed potato, sour cream, gluten free bread crumbs, cornichons, capers, spring onion, dill and pepper. These hand made patties will come to you wrapped on a biodegradable tray with a shelf life of approximately 2-3 days. Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

Hot pan fry or BBQ with olive oil for about five minutes each side.

Our salmon is from New Zealand, it is sustainable and antibiotic and growth hormone free.

Ingredients

Ora King Salmon, Continental Instant Mashed Potato (potato (84%)[contains sulphur dioxide], whey powder (from milk), vegetable oil, salt, colour (turmeric), emulsifier (471), stabiliser (450), flavour, antioxidant (304). Contains sulphites and milk products. May contain egg and soybean.), Bulla Sour Cream (Cream, Halal Gelatine, Sour Cream Culture), Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Soy Flour, Raising Agents (500,575), Yeast, Vinegar, Salt.), Cornichons (gherkins, water, vinegar, salt, firming agent (E509 Calcium Chloride), tarragon), Capers (caoers, water, salt, vinegar), Spring onion, Dill, Pepper, Salt.

ALLERGENS: Dairy, Soy, Onion, may contain Egg.

We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
