2x Citrus and Herb Crusted Pork Cutlets


Tender pork loin cutlets marinated in lemon, pepper and white wine, then pressed in our famous herb crust. Your cutlets will come to you in a biodegradable bag with a shelf life of approximately 3 days. Our pork is from Borrowdale Pork Co. and is certified free range by APIQ - which is the "gold standard" in free range pork certification. They are farmed with love and respect in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, Australia. Contains Gluten

Simply pan fry for 5 mins on each side with a generous serving of butter to baste the pan. These can also be baked for 25 minutes on 180c.
