These short ribs will be a minimum of 1kg and come to you vacuum sealed bag with approximately 7 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Our beef, from the North Western corner of Tasmania, has fed only on lush green pastures. No feedlots or grain feeding. Antibiotic and growth hormone free.

Short ribs can be slow baked or braised. They need an absolute minimum of two hours. Best when cooked for four - six hours in a stock.
