Beef Ox Cheek – 900gm (frozen)
The ultimate in slow food. Slow braise for rich, gelatinous soups and casseroles. They will come in packs of 3 weighing a minimum of 900g. Coming into the warmer months these are now frozen with approximately 60 days shelf life when kept in the freezer. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions is antibiotic and growth hormone free.
