The ultimate in slow food. Slow braise for rich, gelatinous soups and casseroles. They will come in packs of 3 weighing a minimum of 900g. They are also vacuum sealed with approximately 2 week shelf-life when kept in your fridge. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Our beef, from the North Western corner of Tasmania, has fed only on lush green pastures. No feedlots or grain feeding. Antibiotic and growth hormone free.
