Bone-In Lamb Shoulder – 2.0kg


Your lamb shoulder will be a minimum of 2kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life. A 2kg shoulder will feed five adults. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.

Marinate (or not), wrap in foil and bake on 140c for 5 hours. Remove foil, test to see if falling off the bone. If not, bake for another hour. Or, try our Greek Kleftiko Style recipe.
