They use the highest quality Tasmanian Salmon in their traditional Oak Smoked Salmon which they cure, smoke and package out of their smokehouse in Hahndorf, South Australia. The aroma from the oak smoke helps to elevate the natural flavour of the salmon without overpowering it.
