BBQ Glaze: Sugar, salt, maltodextrin, vegetable gums 466, flavour enhancer 621, colour 621, vegetable powders (contains onion), smoke flavour, vegetable gums (xanthan, guar), plum powder (1%), spices, food acid (citric acid), natural flavour.
Bake at 150C for one hour covered in foil, then uncover and cook for a further one hour. Finger licking good!
