Your pork scotch fillet will weigh a minimum of 800g and come to you vacuum sealed with a shelf life of approximately 10 days. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Our pork is from Borrowdale Pork Co. and is certified free range by APIQ - which is the "gold standard" in free range pork certification. They are farmed with love and respect in the Darling Downs region of Queensland, Australia.
