Whole Duck – 2.3kg (Frozen)
Your free range whole duck will be a minimum of 2.3kg and come to you frozen and vacuum sealed with approximately 60 days shelf life when kept in your freezer. These are genuine paddock reared, free range ducks from Great Ocean Road. Delicious roasted and served with Yerring Station's Pinot Noir.

To simply roast, preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Dry off the skin with paper towel, or even better, leave uncovered in the fridge overnight to dry the skin out. Place duck on a rack in the roasting pan, season with salt and pepper then bake for 40min/kg. For excellent roast potatoes, prepare and place in the bottom of your roasting pan to soak up all the juices.
