2x Lamb Backstrap
Backstraps are very versatile. They can be pan fried or BBQ’d for five mins each side, they can also be thrown in a tagine or fast casserole.
Serve with a Shriaz Viognier.
Your two lamb backstraps will be a minimum of 500g and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. The backstraps are now cut in half to give you four smaller pieces altogether.
Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
