Pork chops have the perfect balance of lean meat to delicious fat, and are one of the best quicker cooking cuts of pork out there. Pork chops can be slow pan fried for about seven minutes each side (low heat). They are also great when pan fried (hot) for about one minute each side, then placed in the oven for 20 minutes on 180C. They are best when marinated for a few hours or overnight.
Your pork chops will come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life. Our pork is from Borrowdale Free Range Pork and is certified free range by APIQ - which is the 'gold standard' in free range pork certification. They are farmed with love and respect in the South Western plains of Victoria
