4x Lamb Shanks
Slow cook your lamb shanks in a casserole for four hours or oven bake for four hours on 140c.
Your lamb shanks will be a minimum of 1.2kg and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow one shank per person for smaller appetites and two shanks for larger appetites.
Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
