This unsliced bacon will come to you vacuum sealed in a minimum weight of 300g with a shelf life of approximately 14 days. We like speck best when it’s cut into lardons (small cubes) and pan fried in its own fat. Having said that, it can be cut and cooked in any way you like.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
