Beef Casserole Cubes
Our casserole cubes need to be slow cooked, preferably in a stock or sauce of some kind, for a minimum of 90 mins and up to 3 hours.
Our casserole cubes are a mixture of chuck and oyster blade. They are perfect for slow cooking and will not dry out. They come in packs of 500g with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
