There are many ways to cook mince but essentially, it needs to be browned off in a pan or pot for around about 10 minutes.

This mince has a beef to pork ratio of 60:40 respectively. It comes to you in a bag with approximately 24 hours shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Your mince can be frozen for around 2-3 months.

Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions is antibiotic and growth hormone free. Our pork is certified free range by APIQ - which is the 'gold standard' in free range pork certification.

Versatile & Tastey

Blend of meats gives flavour and texture that makes it suitable for variety of dishes eg meatballs, lasagne, chilli. Buying in bulk makes it cheaper and allows me to stock the freezer with a variety of pre-prepared meals. Can also freeze small portions of mince to use later as a savoury mince stuffing for zucchini
