Short ribs can be slow baked or braised. They need an absolute minimum of two hours. Best when cooked for four – six hours in a stock.

These short ribs will be a minimum of 1kg and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.

Delicious!

The short ribs are beautiful and have just the right amount of marbling! So good for slow cooking when the weather is dreary 😋

Excellent Short Ribs

No dislikes. Seared and slow cooked with red wine and herbs. Served with mixed vegetables and garlic mash. Delicious.
