Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions is antibiotic and growth hormone free. Short ribs can be slow baked or braised. They need an absolute minimum of two hours. Best when cooked for four – six hours in a stock.
These short ribs will be a minimum of 1kg and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
