Lamb Shoulder (Bone-In)
Your lamb shoulder will be a minimum of 2.8kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 2 weeks shelf life. A 2.8kg shoulder will feed five adults.
Marinate (or not), wrap in foil and bake on 140C for 5 hours. Remove foil, test to see if falling off the bone. If not, bake for another hour.
Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
