Butterflied Lamb Leg
Cook your butterflied leg on the BBQ, like a steak for about five minutes each side under a direct heat. Also good baked in the oven on 180c for 25 mins.
Your lamb leg will be a minimum of 1.3kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 2 weeks of shelf life. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
