Lamb Collar Butt (Boneless)
Lamb shoulder is the perfect cut of lamb for slow cooking, as its higher fat content keeps it juicy and tender throughout cooking.
Wrap in foil then slow roast for 5+ hours on 150C. Remove foil then bake on 120C for a further hour. This lamb shoulder will be netted and vacuum packed with approximately 2 weeks of shelf life. Grass fed and finished, antibiotic and added hormone free lamb.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
