2x Duck Legs (Frozen) - 500g
Free range, premium quality duck from Great Ocean Ducks in Port Campbell, on the Great Ocean Road. In addition to forage and a specifically formulated diet, these ducks are fed a variety of summer fruits and berries including cherries, strawberries, quinces and apples which gives them a delicious and unique flavour.
Duck legs are best cooked low and slow. Low heat for 3-4 hours (slow cooker or pot). rest 5-10 mins then sear on a hot pan until skin is crispy.
Your free range skin on duck legs will be a minimum of 500g (two duck legs) and come to you frozen with approximately 60 days shelf life when kept in your freezer. These are genuine paddock reared, free range ducks.
