Typically speaking, a leg of lamb will take about two hours on 160c. Rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve with a rich red, like Shiraz.
Your easy carve lamb leg will be a minimum of 1.85kg and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 1 week of shelf life. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
