Garlic & Parsley Prawn Cutlets
The thing with prawns is you really don’t want to under cook OR over cook them. You want to pan fry/BBQ/sauté them for long enough to become tender and crunchy but not dense. If you over cook them, they will become little bullets. Aim for 4 mins each side.
Prawns, crushed garlic (garlic, salt), parsley. Allergens: Garlic.
