Garlic & Parsley Prawn Cutlets
Wild caught Aussie prawns marinated in garlic and fresh parsley. The thing with prawns is you really don’t want to under cook OR over cook them. You want to pan fry/BBQ/sauté them for long enough to become tender and crunchy but not dense. If you over cook them, they will become little bullets. Aim for 4 mins each side.
These prawns will come to you in a bag with an approximate shelf life of 1-2 days.
