Eye fillet is one of the most tender cuts of beef there is, and makes a beautiful roasting piece with an extremely versatile flavour profile.
Sear for 5 minutes each side in a hot pan then bake on 180C for 20 minutes for medium rare, then rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Your half eye fillet will come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 10 days shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
