Harris Smokehouse is a 4th generation family owned and operated smokehouse, located at Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia.
Their product are traditionally made by hand, free of artificial colours and preservatives.
Premium Smoked Salmon: Smoked and cured via traditional means, dry salted and then smoked over French & American oak for 36 hours, the subtle and smokey flavour of this salmon makes it a perfect for your hor d'oeuvres. Just add lemon juice, pepper, cream cheese and chives!
