The Harris family have been smoking salmon for the past 50 years. They use the highest quality Tasmanian Salmon in their traditional Oak Smoked Salmon which they cure, smoke and package out of their smokehouse in Hahndorf, South Australia. The aroma from the oak smoke helps to elevate the natural flavour of the salmon without overpowering it.

Hot smoked salmon (44%) (salmon, salt, natural wood smoke), cream cheese (milk, cream, salt, locust bean gum, starter culture), lemon juice, mayonnaise (canola oil, whole egg, vinegar, dijon mustard), horseradish (xanthan gum (soy)), capers, onion, dill, pepper. Allergens: egg, fish, milk, soy.
