Must try for cheese lovers!

This is some of the BEST cheese I have ever eaten in Australia and I have eaten a lot of cheese in both Australia and Europe. This Joe Crow cheese reminds me of some mountain cheese I ate at an artisanal cheese restaurant in the German Alps. It is somehow subtle and bold in flavour at the same time - mind blowing. It is a tiny little packet but it packs a powerful punch, a little goes a long way in terms of flavour. I have had this in a toasted sandwich and it has really taken my eggs on toast to another level. I am in love!
