Tender, juicy and flavoursome - lamb cutlets are one of the most delicious cuts of lamb there is. Your choice of plain, Rosemary & Mint Glazed or Herb Crusted.
Your 8 lamb cutlets will weigh a minimum of 500g (or 12 cutlets - 750gms) and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life. Best on the BBQ for about 5 mins each side, medium heat.
Our grass fed and finished lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
