Bake in the oven for 20 mins on 200c. Rest for 15 minutes covered in foil before slicing into cutlets and serving.

Your lamb rack will be a minimum of 450g and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 1 week of shelf life. Allow four cutlets per adult. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
