There are many ways to cook mince but essentially, it needs to be browned off in a pan or pot for around about 10 minutes.

This mince is 78 - 84% lean beef to 22 - 16% fat, which means it retains its moisture and is perfect for bolognese or burgers! 

It comes to you with approximately 24 hours shelf life when kept in your refrigerator. Your mince can be frozen for around 2-3 months.

Our beef, from Australia's South-Eastern regions, is antibiotic and growth hormone free.

Premium beef mince

Cannings mince is such good quality, way better than the supermarket offerings which are full of water and so tough that long simmering is required.

Cannings mince is all meat, nice and tender. Perfect for burgers, meatballs, rissoles, meat sauce. You will definitely see and taste the difference.

I like to order in bulk and store them in the freezer. Take one out the night before to thaw in the fridge. I have at times forgotten about it and days later still fresh! If it was from the Supermarket, it would have been thrown out!

All of their products are top quality.

If there was to be any improvement, I would say please remove the sugar from the ready meals 🙏♥️
