Preheat your oven to 180C for 20 mins. Roast the beef for about 40 mins per kilo on 180C. Rest for 20 minutes prior to slicing. Your porterhouse roast will come to you in a vacuum sealed bag with a self life of approximately 10 days when kept in the fridge.
