Rib Eye Roast
Free range, grass fed and finished beef from Australia's South East. A rib eye roast is always a treat, and the perfect way to impress your friends and family at dinner time.
This roast will weigh a minimum of 2kg and will come to you vacuum sealed with an approximate shelf life of 1 - 2 weeks.
For serving, allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult. Prior to cooking, bring your roast up to room temperature and rub with Murray River Salt Flakes and olive oil. Preheat your oven to 180C and roast for 40 mins per kilo for medium. Rest for 10 mins before slicing.
