Free range, grass fed beef from Australia's South East- a flavoursome and tender cut! Rub with salt and olive oil, then bake for 40 mins per kilo on 180C (but no more than 1 hour 20 mins).

Rest before carving. Your scotch roast will come to you vacuum sealed with an approximate shelf life of 1 - 2 weeks. All our beef is free from added antibiotics & growth hormones.
