Your 8 lamb cutlets will weigh a minimum of 900g (or 12 cutlets - 1.4kg) and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life.
Grass fed and finished lamb from the lush pastures of South-Eastern Australia.
Hot BBQ or pan for no more than 4 minutes per side.
