Great service, I wanted to try slow cooking beef and the guy who served me (manager Aron, stocky kiwi guy) helped me pick brisket and gave me a great recipe for chilli that I’ve made again since. Also won’t buy my weekly steaks from anywhere else in Melbourne - I pre-order them as thick as I want and the bbq marinade makes them something to look forward to every time 👌read more

Fantastic Christmas order. Ordered Pork Shoulder, Turkey, Filet Steak, Bacon and Prawns. We did filet steak wrapped in bacon as entrée (best filet steak our guests have ever eaten), cooked and smoked the Pork Shoulder for 15 hours, slow, on Christmas eve - the result was the most amazing Pulled Pork main dish. Turkey was done on the bbq rotisserie for 4 hours on the day - great flavour. Quality of everything was fantastic. Thanks Cannings for making our Christmas.read more
