Free range pork belly, wood smoked to perfection. This sliced bacon will come to you vacuum sealed in a minimum of 200g with a shelf life of approximately 14 days.

For best results, prepare the pan with butter or tallow before pan frying. Alternatively, grilling bacon is a sure-fire way to get it crispy. Just don’t walk away from it.

Ingredients

Free range pork (92%), Water, Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salts (451, 452), Antioxidant (316), Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Flavour Enhancer (635), Sodium Nitrite (250), Vegetable Oils.
Gluten free.

We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.

    Truly excellent bacon

    Compared with bacon you buy in supermarkets, this is superior in so many ways: -

    * Far better flavour

    * Decent thickness for easy cooking. (Supermarket bacon is wafer thin by comparison)

    * Free range and free from hormones and antibiotics

    I've been ordering this bacon for quite a while now and the only downside is that OCCASIONALLY, the ratio of fat to meat verges on the 'too fatty'. However, even when this happens, the slices are still delicious.

    Best bacon ever

    Cannings bacon is my favourite bacon ever. The fat gets so soft and crispy, and there are never any gross bits. Can't beat it
