Festive Prosciutto Wrapped Chipolatas

Ingredients

  • Free Range Chipolata Sausages
  • Uncle's Smallgoods Free Range Prosciutto (one slice per sausage)
  • Olive oil
  • Worcestershire Sauce to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Wrap each chipolata sausages in one piece of free range Uncle's Smallgoods prosciutto.
  2. Lay out on a baking tray and drizzle with oil.
  3. Bake at 180C for around 20 mins or until cooked through.
  4. Serve with Worcestershire Sauce on the side and enjoy!
