As well as being a qualified butcher and the store manager of our second busiest store, Oscar is also a fully qualified chef and has worked in some of Melbourne's most prestigious restaurants. Oscar's calm and level headed temperament serves him well as things move very fast at Ivanhoe. When he's not thinking about how to make the Ivanhoe store a better place to work, he's busy renovating his vintage caravan and being Dad of the Year to his two young children.
