A beautiful lean cut of grass fed lamb that is perfect for a variety of dishes from salads to stir fries - or even a quick casserole. Backstraps are super versatile!
Your choice of plain or homemade Greek Marinade with citrus, garlic and herbs.
Your two lamb backstraps will be a minimum of 650g and come to you in a bag with approximately 3 days shelf life. Allow 200 - 300g of meat per adult.
Pan fry or BBQ for 5 mins each side, or throw in a tagine or quick casserole. Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
We deliver throughout majority of Victoria from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery is FREE for orders over $99, and for orders under $99 will be charged at $15 per delivery.
